In english, please!
A friend of mine, Serena of www.cucinailoveyou.com is searching for beautiful fingerfoode recipes cause she's going on marry next july. Something special so she asks all foodblogger give her ideas for the great event.
And this is my contribute to the event.
Just use a thick slice of tuna fish (about 2-3 cm) chopped in cubes.
Simply the cubes stayed for a couple of hours in olive oil, grated lemon zest and Guerande salt (just a present of another friend with a beautiful foodblog, you can use any kind of salt).
In the meanwhile just roast the sesame seed in a non stick pan.
Put the tuna fish cubes in a non stick pan very hot and allow to roast for about 1 minute.
Then roll the cubes in the sesame seeds.
Prepare the pesto.
Take some sun-dried tomatoes, some toasted almonds, some fresh leaves of mint and origano, some ciboulette, a micropiece of garlic, some salted capperi (washed in warm water), 1-2 anchovies salted and just a small amount of white vinegar, oil to reach a fluid sauce and no salt for the presence of capperi and anchovies.
Put the cutter blade into the fridge, then put all the ingredients in the cutter with refrigerated blade and go until you'll obtain a fluid sauce.
Use the sauce with the tuna fish, it can be eaten cold too.
It's fantastic.
